HINKLER’S PLIGHT. 'BIO DE JANEIRO, Tuesday. Mr Bert Hinkler received permission through the good offices of the British Ambassador at Rio de Janeiro, Sir William Seeds, to cross Brazilian territory and left Fort Aleza for the capital via Natal, where ho proposes to make a brief stay.
