MINERS' DECISION. NATIONAL STRIKE REJECTED. LONDON, Dec. 4. The Miners' Conference rejected the proposal for a national strike by 230,000 Votes to 209,000. The position remains critical. A national ballot on the strike issue is now regarded as a strong possibility.
