BELGRADE, March 31.

When the engine of a pleasure lannch, failed in a storm on Lake Qehrida, nine of the occupants, who. tried to swim ashore were drowned, including two diplomats. The Military Governor and three women, .all of whom remained OB the launch, were saved.
