Local Body Notices. BOROUGH Or CAMBRIDGE. PROPOSED SEWERAGE LOAN OF £24,500. Notice is hereby given that the Cambridge Borough Council proposes to raise a Special Loan under the provisions of "The Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1926.»' The purpose for which tho Loan is required is:— To do all works and things necessary to complete the drainage system of the Borough of Cambridge, including the cost of all materials and labour, preliminary engineering expenses and the costs of raising the Loan. The total amount proposed to be borrowed is £24,500. • The proposed security for the Loan is a Special Rate of One Penny and Three Farthings in the Pound ,(l§a in the. £) on the Ratable Value (Unimproved) on all ratable property in the Borough of Cambridge. It is proposed that the Loan shall be repayable in not more than 36J years, and to make provision for a Sinking Fund of not less than Ons Pound per centum per annum on the amount borrowed. It is proposed to pay out of the Loan the costs of raising the Loan. ' It is not proposed to pay out of the Loan any portion of the interest or sinking fund charges. It is proposed that the Loan shall be repayable in not more than Five Years, and to make provision for a Sinking Fund of not less than Eighteen Pounds Two Shillings per centum per annum on the amount borrowed.
