TRAIL OF EARTHQUAKE
BETTER NEWS FROM MURCHISON. NO SICKNESS REPORTED. NELSON, Yesterday. The County Clerk (Mr. Hugh Fraser) reported from Murchison to-day that all was well, both in the township and outlying 'districts. A party is bringing in the remaining settlers of mid-Maruia, numbering about 30, and including women and children. No sickness is reported, and isolated settlers , are reported to have ample provisions.
