LEAMINGTON TOWN HALL.

(To the Editor). Sir, —I feel certain there are a number of ratepayers in the Leamington district who were surprised to learn that the Leamington Town Hall was a hiding place for smuggled articles.- It is high time the board took steps to place the hall in a reasonably safe condition against illegal entry. The back and the two side doors should be bolted from the inside and the building should be boarded down to the ground. There should be a few holes for cats to keep the "rats" down; also two large doors in the front of the hall.
