A NARROW ESCAPE

CAB CAPSIZES. -/ i OCCUPANTS ESCAPE INJURY. On Thursday afternoon Mr and Mrs S. Holmes, of Hautapu, and five of their children had a most fortunate escape from being injured when the car in which they were driving struck a rut on a grass road and turned a complete somersault. The car, a mnv Buick, struck a deep rut that had been covered over with high grass. The vehicle skidded across the road and struck a ploughed furrow, which had been recently turned up.
