RURAL MAILS
THE EENCOURT DELIVERY. NO ALTERATION'TO BE MADE. The Post and Telegraph Department, after fully considering the .recent proposal to substitute a morniug for afternoon delivery of mails in the Fencourt rural mail district, has decided that no alteration will be made in the present delivery.
