LOYAL DUKE OF CAMBRIDGE. . The quarterly meeting of the above. lodge was held in the lodge-room, Empire Street, on Tuesday evening before :i fair attendance of members. The election of term officers resulted as follows:—N.G.. Bro. E. Connor; V.G., Bro. Crawford: elective .secretary Bro. A. Bartlctt. P.G. Bro. T. Vanes automatically fills the Grandmaster's office. A lengthy discussion took place over district matters of vital importance, permanent secretary, Bro. P. T. Glanville. giving a lucid explanation of district meeting business. Bro. Glanville left yesterday for Auckland to attend the district committee meeting.
