TOWN HAUL PICTURES The attraction at the Town Hall to* morrow evoning will be the William Pox film-picture "Skirts," which is described as the "snappiest, jazziest, funniest and most thrilling screen comedy ever produced." Interpreted by an all-star cast, featuring the worldfamous Singer midgets "Skirts" is said to have a peculiar charm and should achieve popularity here as elsewhere. With specially selected supporting subjects a particularly agreeable holiday—menu is promised. The plan of reserved seats is at Congalton's.
