RUGBY UNION
A well attended meeting of the Cam- _ bridge Rugby Football Union was heist in the Y.M.C.A. rooms last night. Mr W ,R. Dick occupied .the chair, at the request of' several Senior players and football enthusiasts.
It was deecided to ask the Hamilton Union to send its rep. team to Cambridge on the 23rd inst., to play the local reps.
Mr Morrin, who was present, kindly \ offered a picture night in aid of the . Union on the Ist Novembeer. of* fer was accepted with thanks. . Mr Cornaga drew attention'to tne comprehensive programme which is Tie* ing arranged by the South Auckland Union for next season. A fixtures com' mittee, consisting of delegates from each sub-union, will arrange a series of inter-union rep. matches to be played early in the season, prior to the South Auckland reps, going on tour. It was .decided to accept the Agricultural Association’s offer regarding the required alterations at the Show grounds.
