PUKEKURA ROAD BOARD. SPECIAL ORDER. Authorising payment of Interest and Sinking Fund on moneys borrowed to pay the above Board's share of the cost of the Cambridge High-level Bridge. PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Pukekura Road Board held on the 81st of May, 1907, the following resolution wtis passed:— That in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by " The Local Bodies Loans Amendment Act, 1902," section 5, the Pukekura Road Board hereby resolves as follows—- " That from and after the Ist August. 1907, the Pukekura Road Board shall pay all interest and sinking fund accruing due on the above Loan out of the General Road Board Fund."
