A congress of Polish revolutionists, held at Finland, resolved to discontinue the revolutionary action until April 14th, when they will resume the struggle. TERRORIST ORGANISATION. St. Petersburg. January 26. The police have arrested several members of the terrorist organisation at St. Petersburg. They seized documents showing they intended to kill Count de Witte with a bomb. WORKMEN DISMISSED. St. Petersburg, January 26. Large sugar refiners at Kiel! have dismissed thousands of. workmen holding advanced opinions.
