ALARM IN VIENNA.
FORTIFYING THE SUBURBS AND ADJACENT TOWNS. CAPITAL TO BE REMOVED TO PRAGUE. Received 2.30 p.m . 4th. Rome, October 3. A rressage from Vitnna states that the military authorities have ordered the fortification of the suburbs and adjacent towns. Preparations for the ultimate removal of the capital to Prague have caused alarm, and the population are leaving.
