REFUGEES INTERNED. Received 11.10 p.m., 13th. New York, January 13, Reports from Presidio, Texas, state that the United .States troops arc interning six Mexican Federal generals and three thousand soldiers, fugitives from Ojinuga, until the hostilities throughout Mexico art: ended. It is considered that this is the only practical method of dealing with refugees, owing to the likelihood of everyone captured hy the rebels being shot. EXECUTIONS BY REBELS, Received 8.35 p.m., 13th, Mexico City, January 12. The leader of the rebels, General Villa, is reported to have executed 300 prisoners at Ojinaga.
