Alleged Wholesale Murders
Berlin, January 12. The trial nas begun of a man named Nopf, who is charged with having in April last poisoned his father, his first wife and two children, and with attempting to murder his mother and second and third wives. He withdrew his confession, and explained that he was in a State of mental collapse when he administered chloral to his third wife.
