Jack the Ripper
HIS IDENTITY KNOWN. KILLED HIMSELF IN 1888. London, June 3. Sir Melville Macnagbten, Chief of the Criminal Investigation Department, interviewed after his retirement this week, said he had a clear idea of Jack the Kipper’s identify. The murderer, who was one of the most fascinating criminals he had known, committed suicide in Hie latter part of 1888, Sir Melville Macnaghlen declined to reveal the secret.
