IMPORTANT SUBURBAN LAND SALE

On Thursday next, at 11 a.m., Messrs Cooper and Manning will sell by public auction at the old Borough Chambers (next the Free Library), Hamilton, 34 sections on the Campbell Estate.

This estate, which was formerly owned by Mr James Primrose, is situated on the Hukanui road, and is within 12 minutes’ walk of the Hamilton footbridge. The block is cut up into areas of ono to four acres, and it therefore offers an excellent chance to those who require a home, and the opportunity of keeping a horse and cow. The Campbell Estate is situated in the healthiest and prettist part of Hamilton. The land is high and dry, and of good quality, and the main road to Hamilton is regarded as one of the best in the district.

The owners of the estate are offering it on very sasy terms, viz., 10 per cent, on fall of hammer, 10 per cent, in three months and 10 per cent, in 12 months, the balance of purchase money to remain for four years at 5 per cent. We strongly advise our readers to attend this sale, which is undoubtedly the most important suburban land sale ever held in Hamilton.
