A meeting of the executive of the above was held in the boatshed on Thursday evening'. Am numerous applications for apace for side shows are corning in a ground committee consisting of Messrs Morris, Graves and the secretary was constituted to deal with them. Mr Morris gave notice of motion “That in future no auctioneers be allowed on the grounds.” The secretary was instructed to order 20,000 printed envelopes and have them distributed.
