THE “PRO-BLACKS.” Each member of the professional football team paid £SO into the fund of the combination, to meet initial expenses; any subscriber of a less sum is to be charged interest upon the deficiency at the rate of 20 per cent per annum. Players are paid £1 per week during the tour, and travelling and hotel expenses are paid. On the termination of the tour, the assets of the combination shall be realised and applied first in payment of the debts and liabilities, secondly in paying to the members the respective amounts advanced by them to the funds, the surplus, if any, of the funds of the combination shall then be divided between the members of the combination or their representatives in equal shares.
