Wellington Harbour Board.
By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, This Day. The harbour board at a stormy sitting, in which some members accused others of using their position to talk to the public for political purposes, and with flouting the secretary, accepted Mr Forgusson’s resignation, and appointed him consulting engineer for live years at £569 per annum. Mr Forgusson has been appointed general manager and engineer to the Wellington Gas Company.
