MISS NELLIE STEWART.

“ SWEET NELL OLD DRURY.”

Strong evidence of the keen interest that is being taken in the performance of “ Sweet Noll of Old Drury ” by Miss Nellie Stewart and Mr George Musgrove’s New British Dramatic Company is already being shown by the application for seats at the box office. The first performance in Hamilton of “ Sweet Nell ” should be a big eveut iu the theatrical history of the district, and all local playgoers will hope for its success in order that it may induce other big attractions to visit us when touring New Zealand. Mr Musgrove is to be commended for bringing a combination ot such a high class, and as the pioneer deserves every encouragement for his enterprise. “Sweet Nell” has a wonderfully successful record, and comes to us iu the height of its success, and Miss Stewart’s fame for her rendering of the part of the Orange Girl of Old Drury, who afterwards becomes the actress of the age and an influential personage at the court of King Charles II has preceded her here. A special train will run before and after the performance to suit Cambridge patrons.
