A CRICKET GROUND DISPUTE
Sydney, May 4 The Equity Court has decided that the Sydney cricket ground could not bo used for other sports at tiroes when it was required for cricket. The suit arose out of a dispute between the Cricket Association and the trustees over the action of the latter in letting the ground for bicycle sports during last cricket season. VICTORIAN PARLIAMENT TO BE DISSOLVED Melbourne. May 4 The Cabinet has decided to ask the Governor to dissolve the State Parliament on May 10th. The elections will take place on June Ist. THE NEW ZEALAND TRAINING SHIP Sydney, May 4 The Admiralty has decided to lend H.M.s. Sparrow to the New Zealand Government for use as a training ship. THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT Sydney, May 4 Sir John Forrest, in an interview, has expressed himself in favour of a coalition between Mr Reid and Mr Deakin.
