SIR GEO. GREY'S STATUE.
(BY TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION). Auckland, Last Night. The Sir George Grey Statute Committee have selected a design sent out by an eminent English sculptor ; but, as the Government contributed £IOOO to the cost of the monument, the design will be submitted to the Government before its final adoption.
