FIRST-CLASS PASTORAL LAND FOR SALE Near Huntly and Ngaruawahia. The Assets Realisation Board will offer for disposal by Public Tender, closing about the end of March, 13,000 Acres, mostly First-class Pastoral Land, known as the Waikato Coal Co.'s property, situated near Huntly and Ngaruawahia, sub-divided into convenient-sized sections. Terms of Payment: 5 per cent, deposit ; 5 per cent, in 2,3, 4, 5 and 6 years ; balance, 70 per cent., in 7 years. Interest, 4 per cent. Provided permanent improvements to the value of 10 pur cent, of total purchase money are effected within first year no interest will be charged for two years.
