HARMSTON'S CIRCUS.
Saturday evening next will be the opening night at Hamilton, of Harmston's celebrated circus which has had a tremendoua run right through the colonies. As evidence of the excellence of the performance, we might state that the circus ran for seven weeks in Melbourne, five weeks in Brisbane, six weeks in Sydney, nine weeks in Adelaide, two weeks in Wellington, three weeks in Christchurch, and three weeks in Dunedir. The show includes a magnificent stud of Arab horses, a host of tip-top equestrians, tumblers, balancers, gymnasts, and wirewalkers, who perforin most incredible feats which must be seen to be realised, and the performing Royal Bengal tiger " Duke," who goes through the thrilling hurdle jumping act. An entirely new programme will be presented on Monday night, aud we have no doubt there will be bumper houses at both performances. Cambridge will be visited on March 9th and 10th. The prices fixed are popular ones- 4s, 3s and 2a—and children will be charged half-price.
