CAPE POLITICS.
(BVT ELECTRIC TELKGBAI'H.—COFYBIGIIT). Capetown, Juno 2'6. The House of Asseinbly.by a majority of five votes, adopted a motiou by Mr Scbreiuz, of no confidence in tbe Government, and Parliament will be dissolved. From the elections, Mr Cecil Rhodes hopes to return to power with majority. If his anticipations are fulfilled, Parliament -will be again dissolved after passing tho Redistribution Bill. Pretoria, June 24. The funds of the Transvaal Secret Service are being placed at the disposal of the opponents of Sir Gordon Sprigg for the elections. Capetown, June 25. Sir Gordon Sprigg states the new Cape Assembly will meet in September.
