ALLEGED ATTEMPTED MURDER.
(by telegraph—own correspondent). Napier, Tuesday. Ernest and Andrew Krause. occupying a section in the Pohui special settlement, had a quart el. Audrew, it is alleged, shot Ernest, and left him for dead, but the wounded man recovered sufficiently to make his way to the Rakamoana station. Last Night. Andrew Krause, charged with attempting to murder his brother Ernest, at Pohui, was brought before the court this morning aud remanded for a week.
