THE PREMIER TO GO HOME. [DECISION OF THE CABINET. If K ipj SHORT SESSION WILL BE HELD. AN ARRANGEMENT WITH THE OPPOSITION. (j;y tklilguavh.—own correspondent). Wellington, Last Night. At the Cabinet meeting to-day it was decided that the Premier should accept Mr Chamberlain's invitation to bo present at the record rcigu celebrations. Parliament will bo called together for Tuesday week, 6th April, when tbe necessary sanction will be given and supplies passed. Parliament is expected to reassemble in September. The Premier had a conference with Capt. Russell last night, when the coarse of business at the short session it is understood was arranged. The session will conclude before Easter. The Premier left this afternoon to attend Mr Hall's banquet at Danevirke. The Maori contingent for England arrived this afternoon. The men will be drilled bore. Major Pitt goes in command of the troops.
