A concert was held in the Oddfellows' Hull, Cambridge, on Wednesday evening, in aid of the O'Neil and Steuart hiruls. Maxwell; "I fear no Foe," Mr Langmuir, " The Sweetest Story Ever Told," Miss Sharp; " The Wolf," Mr Huxtable ; '* Killamey," Miss Fariell ; "Three Jolly Sailor Btys," Mr W. Wallace ; " The Miner's Dream of Home," Miss Roberts ; comic song, " Mrs 'Enry 'Awkins," Mr Smailes. Interval. Clarionet solo, "Oberon," Mr C. Miss Maxwell M-as encored and in compliance gave " Bid Me to Love," for which she was also loudly applauded. Miss Farrell in response to an encore Bttog"The Two Nightingales," a lovely melody, which was ably rendered, and was the most pleasing item of the evening. Miss Sharp was encored and repeated portions of her tongs, us did also Miss Koberts. Mr Huxtable gave as an encore " The Village Blacksmith," and .we need hardly say Mr Smailes efforts were rewarded with encores, to which he responded with " Are You Going to the Ball," and the recitation '• The Twins." The instrumental solos were excellently given, and were loudly applauded. _^__^__^___
