SALE OF CROWN LANDS.
(li\ TELEUKAI'II. —OWN* COKRESPOXDEXI). Auckland, Last Night. At the Ctown Lands Kile to-day considerable areas of timbered lands were disposed of at irood prices. Lots 1 and '2, Parishes of Tokatoka and* Hamilton East respectively, were passed in ; Lot 3, Newcastle North (Ngaruawahia), was withdrawn ; five acres land at Mangatawhiri went to .las. Graham, junior ; two lots, 1 acre eich, at Kihikihi, went to M. S. Laurie at .C"> each, being the upset price. A number of other .sections were passed in, Ihe bidding failiug to reach the upset prices.
