WEDDING BELLS

A pretty wedding was celebrated at Tutamoe on Monday last, the contracting parties being Mr. J. B. Smith, third son of Mr. G. B. Smith, and Miss Mary Gorrie, second daughter of Mr. Thos. £. Gorrie, of Tutamoe. The happy festi- \ val took place at the residence of the bride's parents, and there was large party of guests. Miss Maggie Gorrie, sister of the bride, and Miss Ada Wright were the bridesmaids, and Mr. George Gorrie best man, while Mr. Alf. Cates was groomsman. The bride was given away by her father. She looked charming in her bridal robes, and accompanied by her prettily clad attendants. After the ceremony a sumptuous breakfast was provided at the residence of the bride's parents, and the usual toasts were pledged with great heartiness, and the young couple unshed a great wealth of future happiness. Mr. and Mrs. Smith, junr., will take up their residence at Tutamoe.
