PRINCE CHARLIE TARTAN.
ADOPTED BY DUKE OF WINDSOR. ’ LONDON, November 28. | The Duke of Windsor is adopting the Bonnie Prince Charlie tartan in a new kilt which is being weaved at Brora, in Sutherlandshire. It is a variant of the Royal Stewart tartan, the blue and green lines being broader, thus reducing the red squares on the background and this is traversed, by yellow lines, traditionally indicating royal Scottish descent.
