GARDEN PARTY.

CHURCH OF EPIPHANY LADIES ’ GUILD. COMPETITION WINNERS. The following are the results of the various competitions at the Church of the Epiphany Ladies’ Guild garden party on Saturday, a report of which was published yesterday:— Nightdress: Correct 271. Won by Miss Betty Braggins, nearest. Chocolates, correct 183, J. Whitton. Nail-driving competition, Miss D. Kemp and Mr A. J. Jackson. Clock golf, Mr A. Liidemann. Dowel cutting: Miss G. Jackson and Mr R. Davis. Croquet: Mrs Betteridge and Mr S. Person. Vase: Miss Hume. Chain stepping: Miss D. Kemp. Correct weight of eggs, 210z5., won by Mrs Hallam*. The baby show was arranged by Mrs E. J. Rich. The afternoon tea arrangements were in the hands of Mesdames A. T. Jackson, Bungate, Bell and Loft. The organisers desire to express their sincere thanks to all who assisted and sent donations to the various stalls.
