POLAR OBSERVERS.
FEARS FOR THEIR SAFETY. MOSCOW, November 28. Fears for the safety of the scientists who went to the North Pole observation station at Rudolf Island in June have been aroused by a radio message from a Polar observation station near the coast of Greenland stating that the drifting ice-floe is showing signs of breaking up.
