(Received Wednesday, 11.30 p.m.) RANGOON, October 20. Miss Batten arrived at 4.36 p.m. Burma time. BROADBENT DELAYED. LONDON, October 19. Fog further delayed the start of Mr, H. F. Broadbent’s flight to Darwin. He is hopeful of setting off to-morrow.
