Vann Zeeland, and the British Foreign Secretary, Mr. Anthony Eden, in Brussels, it is understood that Britain is to take a new approach towards a flvePower Western European security pact, and is hoping that Germany might consider co-operation. It is proposed to initiate a system of non aggression pacts between Britain and Belgium, France and Belgium, and Germany and Belgium to which the recent Anglo-French guarantees to Belgium would be supplementary.
