SECURITY PACT.
BRITAIN TO MAKE NEW MOVE PROMOTION OF FIVE-POWEB AGREEMENT. SOME HOPE OF GERMAN CO-OPERATION. LONDON, April 30. As an outcome of the meeting between the Belgian Prime Minister, M. Vann Zeeland, and the British Foreign Secretary, Mr. Anthony Eden, in Brussels, it is understood that Britain is to take a new approach towards a flvePower Western European security pact, and is hoping that Germany might consider co-operation. It is proposed to initiate a system of non aggression pacts between Britain and Belgium, France and Belgium, and Germany and Belgium to which the recent Anglo-French guarantees to Belgium would be supplementary.
