RUSSIAN WATERWAY.
IMPORTANT SHIP CANAL. BALTIC AND OTHER SEAS LINKED. (Received Friday, 11.23 p.m.) MOSCOW, April 30. The first ship has traversed the Mos-cow-Volga Canal, which took four years to cut. It links the Baltic with the White, Caspian, Black and Azov seas. The canal also quadruples Moscow’s water supply.
