Delbos (French Foreign Minister) states that he will shortly announce that France will assume the same obligations to Britain as those assumed to France by Mr. Eden. This commits France to support Britain on land and sea and in the air against unprovoked aggression. Thus for the first time since the war Britain becomes a guaranteed nation as well as a guarantor.
