MARTINBOROUGH CLUB ANNUAL
MEETING. The annual meeting of the Martinborough Tennis Club was held in the supper room of the Town Hall on Monday evening. Mr. J. Martin presided. It was decided to increase active members’ subscriptions by 7s 6d, owing to increased cost of labour. The election Of officers resulted as follows:—President, Mrs. W. J. Martin; vice-presidents, same as last year, with the addition of Mesdames Mason, Barker and Ronalds; hon. secretary and treasurer, Mr. Pat Ward; hon. auditor, Mr. John Jolly; committee, Messrs J. Martin, O. Grant, G. Barker, C. Ward, G. McLeod, N. Mason and G. Simpson; delegates to Wairarapa Association, Messrs G. McLeod and J. Mar- ( tin.
