RENALL STREET FOOTPATHS.
(To the Editor.) Sir, —Kindly grant me space in your paper to draw attention to the poor state of the footpaths in Renall Street. At present from Chapel Street to Pownall Street many ruts are promineiit and in wet weather, water reaches as high as the ankles. Surely something can be done to rectify this and thereby end all this unpleasantness that the long suffering resident may walk in comfort.—l am, etc., RESIDENT. Masterton, July 24.
