CORONATION PLANS.
SPECIAL COMMISSION SET UP BY KING. DOMINION REPRESENTATIVES. LONDON, July 20. With the object of co-operation in the Coronation plans, the King has appointed a special Coronation Commission comprising representatives of the Uqited Kingdom and the Dominions “whieh will meet in London to consider aspects of arrangements which are of common concern.” The United Kingdom will be represented by members of the Coronation Committee of the Privy Council, appointed on July 3, the Australian Prime Minister (Mr. J. A. Lyons), the High Commissioner (Mr. S. M. Bruce), Sir Isaac Isaacs, former Governor-Gen-eral of Australia, and Mr. Justice Rich, the New Zealand Prime Minister (Mr. M. J. Savage), and the High Commissioner (Sir James Parr). The Duke of York will be chairman. FREE STATE STANDS OUT. (Received Tuesday, 8.10 p.m.) LONDON, July 21. The “Daily Herald” says Mr. de Valera has decided that the Irish Free State cannot officially participate in the Coronation and therefore has declined an invitation to appoint a renresentative to the Coronation Commission.
