ALLEGED BRIBERY.
JAPANESE OFFICERS TO BE TRIED. (Received Tuesday, 7.50 p.m.) TOKIO, July 7. The War Office announces that ’Lieu-tenant-General Uemura, former commander of an arsenal, and Fumio Nis"hiyama, an engineer, will bo courtmartialled on the charge of accepting bribes from merchants. Uemura is accused of accepting 25,000 yen.
