ODDFELLOWS’ LODGE.

USUAL FORTNIGHTLY MEETING. Bro. J. Harris presided over a fair attendance of members at the usual lOftrnghtly meeting of the Masterton Oddfellows’ Lodge. One member was initiated into the order. The lodge decided to hold a dance on August 22 in lieu of August 15 as previously arranged. The dance committee reported on the success of the last dance, and was thanked for services rendered. The report from the Hospital Association regarding new entrants was received, the lodge agreeing with the proposals. A report by the chairman on a recent visit to Johnsonville was adopted. The Lecture Master, P.G. Bro. IL fßaikie, presented to Bro. W. Palmer, on behalf of the lodge, a framed emblem and P.G. Collar in recognition of services rendered to the lodge,
