MR. SEMPLE AT MOTUEKA.
MEETING CROWDED OUT. : ( MOTUEKA, July 1.. The Hon. R. Semple's statement that he intended to deal with malcontents employed on the aerodrome had aroused wide interest throughout the district in the meeting held to-night. The hall, holding over 600, was crowded out half an hour before the meeting began, many attending from Nelson. The Minister reviewed the legislation of the past session and outlined future programmes. An unanimous vote of confidence in the Government was passed.—(V.A.)
