SPECIAL ADVERTISEMENTS. MAURICEVILLE COUNTY COUNCIL. NOTICE OF RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE. IHURAUA DRAINAGE SCHEME. JJOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a Special Meeting of the Mauriceville County Council held on the 13th day of June, 1936, the following resolution was passed and will be submitted for confirmation at the Ordinary Meeting of the Council to be held on the 11th day of July, 1936. In pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Act, 1926, the Mauriceville County Council hereby resolves as follows: — “THAT for the purpose of providing the Interest and other Charges on a Loan of One Hundred and Eighty-two Pounds (£182) authorised to be raised by the Mauriceville County Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of carrying out the Ihuraua Drainage Scheme, the said Mauriceville County Council hereby makes and levies a Special Rate of NINE TWENTYSECONDS OF A PENNY IN THE POUND upon the Capital Rateable Value of all the rateable property in the Ihuraua Special Rating Area and that such Special Rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan and be payable yearly on the first day of April in each and every year during the currency of such Loan being a period of Twenty (20) Years or until the Loan is fully paid off.’’ Dated this 18th day of June, 1936.
