The “Daily Herald’s” Vienna correspondent says that, demanding the immediate restoration of the Austrian Monarchy, the Archduke Otto von Hapsburg, in a letter to the Tyrolese village of Munster, which elected him an honorary citizen, declares: “It is high time decisive action was taken, because I alone represent the legitimate principle established by God above all struggles and rivalries. A concentration of all forces is needed. I could accomplish it, with the help of God, because I derive my title from no single group.” OPPOSITION FORCES. MEMBERS OF LITTLE ENTENTE CONFER. LONDON, June 8. The * ‘ Daily Mail’s ” Bucharest correspondent says important decisions were reached at a secret conference between the heads of the Little Entente, when King Carol entertained Prince Paul of Jugoslavia and Dr. Benes, President of Czechoslovakia. It is understood that in view of the grave European situation, and events in France the Little Entente will be transformed into a complete alliance, resulting in the chiefs of the general staffs of the three countries meeting on June 14.

The “Daily Telegraph’s” Bucharest correspondent says it is believed that the possibility of a Hapsburg restoration, which the Little Entente fears, was discussed.
