LIABLE FOR SERVICE.
ALL GERMANS RESIDENT ABROAD. MUST REPORT TO CONSUL. LATEST NAZI DECREE'. BERLIN, February 12. A new decree makes liable to conscription and the compulsory labour laws all Aryan Germans abroad, even if they have taken out new naturalisation papers. Each, when called up for military or labour service, must report to the Consul and provide his own passage to Germany. Consuls are required to keep a list of all eligibles in their territory.
