BROADCAST OF RACES.
LEGALITY TO BE TESTED. (Received This Day, 0.48 a.m.) MELBOURNE, February 13. It is reported that proceedings are to be instituted shortly by the Metropolitan Racing Club to test the legally of broadcasting races during their progress or within a reasonable time after the lasf race. The action will be .taken to the Supreme Court by way of application for an injunction against one of the broadcasting stations, and the plaintiff will seek an account of the damage already done by previous
