MASTERTON CLUB ACTIVITIES There was a record attendance of 26 at a meeting last night of the Masterton Young Farmers’ Club, over.- which Mr-., D. W, McLachlan presided; A motion of sympathy with Queen Mary and the Royal family in respect to the death of King Geesge V wj*. passed. Mr. S. A. La Roche geve an informative and interesting address on the principles of breeding. He was UfcQorded a hearty vote of ths-nks. It was stated that a party of Young Farmers’ Club members would be ’ iriting Palmerston North for a field day demonstration i* March. The judging competition at the Masterton Show for members of Young Farmers’ Chibs was stated to be well ihe entries totalling 38.
